You must make a written request for examination or copying of public records to the City Clerk at City Hall.
City Council Meetings are held at City Hall on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Payments can be made: at the desk at City Hall, dropped in the drop box at the side of City Hall, by phone, by mail, or by the online bill pay on our website. Please do not try to pay utilities online through any other website except for the City of Hagerman site. Direct payments can be made through your bank to City Hall by including your account number. We accept: check, cash, debit care, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, bank check, or money order.
Complaint/Concern Forms are printable from our website, or can be obtained at City Hall. Please return to City Hall for processing.
