Malad Gorge State Park

Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument– The 4,351-acre monument is internationally significant because it protects the world’s richest known fossil deposits from the late Pliocene epoch, 3.5 million years ago, including the “Hagerman Horse” the largest deposit of horse fossils in the world.

Thousand Springs State Park 

Billingsley Creek Wildlife Management Area- This 284 acre area offers hiking trails, picnic areas, views of the river, birdwatching and fishing.
