NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hagerman will accept sealed bids for the sale of the following 
surplus property: 
1. 2005 Kawasaki Utility Vehicle Mule 
a. Minimum Bid: $50.00 
2. 2005 Chevrolet Colorado Extended Cab 
a. Minimum Bid: $500.00 
3. 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 
a. Minimum Bid: $500.00 
All property is sold “as is, where is” with no warranty, expressed or implied as to its condition or fitness 
for any purpose. The City of Hagerman reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any non
material irregularities, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City of Hagerman. Bids that 
are lower than the specified minimum bid will not be considered. Payment is due in full by cash or 
cashier’s check at the time of pickup or conveyance. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 
Hagerman City Hall, located at 191 State Street North, on October 6, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Bids must be 
submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “SEALED BID FOR SURPLUS PROERTY” and referencing 
the property description. Interested parties may inspect the property by appointment only. To schedule 
an appointment or to obtain additional information, contact Hagerman City Hall at 208-837-6636 opt. 1 
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM. The successful bidder must 
pay for and remove the property within 3 days of receiving the Notice of Bid Award.
